I am rejecting this response because: Only because what they are saying is not true. When they first arrived at my house, I went outside and told them exactly what I wanted done. Twice I went outside and told them they hadn't done what they were hired to do. All I got was one excuse after another as to why they wouldn't do it so I finally gave up. I saw no reason to argue with Sam when we weren't getting anywhere so I paid him. I felt they had not trimmed the sides of the trees which is what I had wanted done so I wrote the negative review, which I have the right to do. As for not being rude to their customers...yelling at me over the phone and talking about being God fearing is something I would consider rude. I could not believe Sam talked to me the way he did. I have never had a business or employee talk to me like Sam did. Doing business with this company has been the worst experience I've ever had. I've had yard work done several times before and had no problem.

On the day of 08/01/2017 we gave an invoice to [redacted] to trim evergreens to clear the fence line by lifting the evergreens to clear the way for traffic in the amount of $400.00. This was for the minimum amount of work to be done. This was not an hourly rate. We also tried our best to...
give her the best possible bid since she explained to the owner that she waiting for more income to come in. We give invoices on the amount of work that is to be done, the equipment we use, and to pay our employees. [redacted] decided to have us do the work on 08/16/2017. We came out and cleared the fence line and lifted the evergreens the owner came as well to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. Once the job was completed [redacted] was wanting more work done and was upset the job took only an hour we had a four men crew working to accomplish the job.The owner tried to make [redacted] happy and lifted the evergreens even more. [redacted] paid the owner and we continued on to our next job. The same day [redacted] put a bad review on Revdex.com's website. The owner Called [redacted] to figure out why she posted a bad review. She stated she was still upset we were only there for an hour and wanted more work done then what was talked about. The owner offered to come out again and do more work. [redacted] said she didn't want us there she said she didn't trust us, she thought we would do more harm to her evergreens. The owner and his employees take great pride in the work they do and give their best to make every customer happy. They would never destroy or do any harm to anyone's property. They would also never be rude or inconsiderate to any customer. We do understand that not every customer is going to be happy but we will try our best to accommodate as much as we can. We also feel we have made a good faith effort to help resolve this with [redacted].
