This company was hired by my condo HOA to do a simple leveling project outside my unit to redirect water that would lay in front of my unit when it rained The company was very slow to begin the project When they did begin the work it was the rainy season They took out existing concrete down to the rebar and left it exposed for several days to the rain The water entered the unit through the newly dug out concrete area causing damage to wallboard, baseboard, furniture, carpeting When our HOA filed a claim for damages on our behalf with CJ Marshall Construction Incinsurance the company told their insurance that they did not know of any project at my condominium nor had they ever done work at our condominium Funny thing the HOA has a contract with them and has given them half the money as a down payment I would never suggest anyone hire these people they are not Revdex.com worthy The company address was out of Merritt Island, FL
