I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am not satisfied with there response After Christmas when they reopened they never called me back Because I told them we had a problem When they first pump my tank it was no one at home When I came home I used the bathroom and it backed up in the bastment so I took the lid off the bank and un stoped the outlet form the basment The tank will not fill up in to day I lived here for over years We had no problem untell Clines pumped my tank.My wife an I was out there when *** *** pumped it He had to unstop the outlets He also said it was not unstop. PS He knows he did nto unstop the inlets so be a man about it

Cline Associates pumped [redacted] septic tank on June 24, 2014.  The issue that he had occurred while we were closed over the Christmas holidays.  The message was not received until we reopened the following week.  There were no calls or issues brought to our attention during...

the 7 months after pumping the tank.  If this problem would have occurred within a couple days of pumping it we would have returned and took care of the issue.  The tank is generally filled back up within 4 to 5 days.  Systems can back-up for many different reasons.  These reasons include poor maintenance, grease, water leaks in house, heavy rainfall, certain toilet papers, and excessive use that a system can't handle.  In order to properly maintain your system it should be pumped every 3-5 years.  We do not feel that we are responsible for this issue being that it worked properly for 7 months after we serviced the tank.  I have spoke to [redacted] and they agreed that what we originally did for Mr. [redacted] in no way resulted in his problems in December.

Review: They pumped my septic tank in 5 month I was in the hospital when I come back home My Septic was stoped up again I called them 5 or 6 times I could not get anyone. So I called [redacted]. They pumped my tank again. They said the inlet or outlet was not unstop so it causd' me 229.95 again.Desired Settlement: I think they should return my $225.00 for not doing the job right.
