Cline Associates pumped [redacted] septic tank on June 24, The issue that he had occurred while we were closed over the Christmas holidays The message was not received until we reopened the following week There were no calls or issues brought to our attention during the months after pumping the tank If this problem would have occurred within a couple days of pumping it we would have returned and took care of the issue The tank is generally filled back up within to days Systems can bafor many different reasons These reasons include poor maintenance, grease, water leaks in house, heavy rainfall, certain toilet papers, and excessive use that a system can't handle In order to properly maintain your system it should be pumped every 3-years We do not feel that we are responsible for this issue being that it worked properly for months after we serviced the tank I have spoke to [redacted] and they agreed that what we originally did for Mr [redacted] in no way resulted in his problems in December
