Hello, Mr [redacted] stayed at our hotel back in June of this yearHe never complained or mentioned any issues while in house.Approximately weeks later Mr [redacted] called the hotel and spoke with the Front Desk supervisor [redacted] about the following: 1-He stated that he fell in the tub and hit his head 2-He thought the room was damp and that his children didn't feel well after (Waited weeks) [redacted] stated to please send us documentation of the hospital visits and information for our insurance company so we can fill out an incident reportMr [redacted] declined.We take things like this very seriously and a set of appropriate steps are put in place to handle them correctly.The GM followed up on the damp room issues and had an outside company come in and verify that the room does not have any issues-Completed and the room has no issues with air quality, mold, etcMr [redacted] then emailed the GM stating on Sept 21st that he had an issue back in June and that "One of his kids fell on the floor due to wet carpet"This is NOT the original story that he spoke about which creates doubt in our minds when incidents reported are changedThe GM explained this to him via email and explained that no refund would be issued at this timeI have the emails and statement from [redacted] about the situation Thank you Regards- [redacted] GM
