Our Ford Service Manager, Jeff D [redacted] reached out to [redacted] and had his truck brought back inOur technicians have replaced three leaking seals on the vehicleTwo of the leaks were related to the engine and covered under warranty while the third was replaced at no cost to the customerOur service department also addressed the following for [redacted] at no charge to him: removed screw driver, repaired rear differential leak and pinion seal, flushed and changed coolant and replaced cooling fan clutchWe are finalizing the repairs of the oil leaks and have communicated with [redacted] that his vehicle should be completed by Friday July

? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am extremely confused as to how $was reached? The service orders are attached to my name and clearly show I paid $per tire along with a $wheel alignment? Please remember, I also missed important meetings and was stranded for the whole day which made me lose out on work? If you are agreeing to refund the price of a tire, I am still owed:$(1/of the price for a wheel alignment)$(remainder price of the tire)Total = $(plus tax) Sincerely, [redacted]

Hoffman Ford Lincoln Service Advisor, Tim F [redacted] , reached out to [redacted] on 10/13/and set an appointment for 10/21/Our technicians found no problem with the brakes other than some flash rust causing slight noise which is from the weatherThe ticking noise the customer stated he was hearing is and it caused by the high pressure injectorsAll of this has been explained to [redacted] The alignment concern does require another part and Tim has ordered the part and will reschedule an appointment to install.?

Our General Sales Manager, Billy *** reached out to *** *** as we still needed him to provide proof of address which is required for registrationWe received the necessary information August 9th and sent *** *** a dealer plate through overnight mail so he would be able to drive his ***
until we could process his registration. We are currently waiting for our 3rd party company that processes out of state registrations to complete the paperworkOnce we receive the paperwork from them we will mail it to *** *** via overnight mailIn the meantime, Mr*** is available if any questions or concerns arise

The Salesman Contacted Me As He Is Concerned How I Rated Him!The Canceled Warranty And Gap Insurance Does Not Help Me As It Does Not Lower My Payments.The Refund Is Going To The Lien Holder!

Tell us why here...The sales management at Hoffman Ford Lincoln are attempting to set an appointment with *** *** to have his embedded modem reprogrammed as well as to cancel the simonize chargeHoffman ford Lincoln general sales manager has attempted to reach *** *** on several occasions and has not heard any response back*** *** has not returned his call yetWe will be happy to assist when our customer calls to set a convenient time.?

*** *** requested to have the gap and extended warranty cancelled, which Hoffman Ford Lincoln has doneOur sales management team is currently in contact with *** *** in order to ensure that all of his concerns are being addressed to his satisfaction.?

Please note this complaint is posted for Hoffman ***, yet this is a Hoffman *** customer.? *** *** came in for an alignmentHis advisor, Robert H*** made notes in our pre-inspection report that the vehicle was extremely dirty and had many chips and scratchesAfter our service team completed the alignment and washed *** ***’s vehicle he pointed out a microscopic chip in the lower left side of the windshieldWe contacted Glass America and confirmed that they would fill in the chips on the windshield for freeFilling in the chips will prevent the crack from growing due to vibrationWe let *** *** know we would have that taken care of and it would be a quick repair ? because the chips were so small yet *** *** refused the repair and insisted on a brand new windshieldWe will be happy to repair as indicated but will not be replacing the windshield at dealership expense

An additional amount of $has been submitted on 3/and sent out on 3/*** ***n should be receiving this within the next few days?

Tell us why here...As a courtesy to our customer *** ***, our service manager has authorized a refund in the amount of $to cover the cost of the tireThe check was cut and sent out to MrBerlin on Thursday, March *** *** should be receiving this check in the next few days
