Cline's Auto

Review: I had work done at Clines Auto, when the owner Dane called me, he said if I paid cash he would not charge me sales tax. He also told me there was another part needed. I paid 705.00 in cash. I asked for a receipt and he said the machine was down and if I stopped back on Monday, he would have it for me. I went back twice and he had an excuse. I have called the business about 6 times, I had the car dealership where I bought the car call them but he refuses to give me a receipt. I don't know if they really did the work and why they make everyone pay with cash. Is there something illegal going on?
