I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will contact the agency and would like you to also send me the appropriate paperwork to see if we can get this resolved. My understanding is that they are contacting me about an account for which I've got a payment plan with the actual Cleveland Clinic. Hoping that we can have them rectify the situation. I have not received correspondence from them since opening this complaint.
