I placed an order with CSC for 1 chiropractic table and 3 physiotherapy tables. We were given a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Their website claimed that delivery would be much sooner, but we were told this upon ordering.

When the Chiropractic table arrived, it was the wrong table, and had arrived after the estimated shipping time. They did take full responsibility for this error and that was fine.

Meanwhile we waited an additional 4.5 weeks beyond the promised arrival time for the set of 3 physio tables. One arrived damaged. We sent photos of the damaged vinyl to CSC immediately.

CSC then told us that it was "post shipping damage" and that we would have to pay for the replacement pads. They offered to cover part of the costs (50%) for replacement parts of a table that arrived to us damaged.

Our total bill with this company was over $14,600 dollars. The full cost to replace and ship the items that arrived damaged was $382 (by their estimates) of which they expected us to cover half.

As you might imagine, at this point, with the wrong table being shipped, the super late arrival of the next 3, and then the damaged goods upon arrival, that being asked to cover even part of the cost was very upsetting.

I advise you steer clear of this company.
