that will meet the member's need"Unfortunately, your health Insurance dropped their reimbursement rate on pumps to less than what *** costs us and therefore we offer the *** at a upgrade feeWe tell everyone to go onto the *** Medical website and do the comparison yourselfWe feel that there is very little difference between the pumps so I am not sure why someone is telling you that *** is a "very poorly designed pump that does not have proper sucking motion"We have sold *** pumps for the last three years and have not had issue with patient dissatisfactionAs far as the bill goes yes you are correct that the pump is covered at 100%Your insurance comes up as paying durable medical equipment at 80% of the contracted rate, however our billing manager a call to Tufts who have said that they are paying at 100% your account has been creditedSince you have had a medical issue that you think may have been caused by the *** Pump, with your permission I would like to send your email and my response to *** MedicalCan you please reply to me as to whether or not this would be okay
