I have reached out to the company that sends out our statements to
get additional detail since you aren't having this issue with any other mail per our conversation yesterdayAccording to NCOA account management (NCOA stands for National Change of Address), there was a request for a 'MOVE NO FORWARD, FAMILY MATCH' in November In order to rectify this you will need to contact your local post office and cancel this requestThe reason you are able to receive other mail without issue is because the sender is not utilizing the NCOAWe have a full service agreement for our provider so the 11/request will be in effect for years
