thousands of books. This is the first time we have ever received a complaint. At the time of the customer's purchase, the book she ordered was being updated to incorporate an important regulatory modification. On February 17, we sent an email message to our customers with pending orders that their shipments would be delayed until the week of February A copy of the email is attached. We are not aware of any attempts by the customer to contact us in regard to this matter until now, and we will look into the reasons that her communications were not received. The customer's book was sent on February via USPS Priority Mail, and delivered on February 23. USPS documentation of delivery is attached. We have contacted the customer and have offered her the option to return the book to us at our cost and obtain a full refund. Or, in the alternative, we have offered her the option to keep the book and we will refund her shipping charges. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
