Clinical Supplies USA Reviews (%countItem)

Clinical Supplies USA truly helped in my time of need. The 3M N95 masks I ordered from them were legitimate and delivered right on time! I could not find the product anywhere else at such fair prices. Hudson from the customer service department was so accommodating and took the time to answer every question I had regarding the masks. I recommend that anyone who needs PPE buy from Clinical Supplies USA!

I'm auto immune efficient and I am excited to find Genuine 3M. Great customer service as well!!

I placed an order for 3M N95 masks from Clinical Supplies USA. After reviewing the CDC Surgical approvals, the 3M masks being sold are only for particulates like in construction work. I've been attempting cancel the order literally 5 minutes after it was placed and have received the below

"Again, we EXPLICITLY do not claim that any of our products are for medical use. Our masks are used by healthcare professionals across the country, including many working in COVID wards.

The N95's we sell are almost universally allowed in a medical setting — although we can't speak to any given hospital and we do not endorse these for medical use.

Sincerely,

no. they. are. not. A N95 not approved for medical use is not universally allowed in medical settings.

This company is selling clinical supplies to COVID wards that are not approved for use in medical settings. SHAMEFUL. This business was incorporated two years ago as a "e-commerce" site and now is cashing in on the covid pandemic. Shameful. Dancing around the issue. The N95's being sold on this website are NOT approved for use in medical settings.

Not only are they jeopardizing the health and safety of our front line workers, they refuse to cancel the order that was placed 45 minutes ago.

DO NOT BY THEIR PPE

Hi Colleen. All of the above statements are completely true. We stand by the comments made, including the explicit warning we feature about our products not being made available for medical use. It is a matter of personal responsibility and liability that we do not recommend that they are for medical use. We print and process orders immediately after checkout so we cannot cancel orders that are made, as we clearly outline in our terms of service.

To insinuate that medical workers using our masks in COVID wards are incapable of understanding the risks and models of masks seems wrong. N95 masks like the ones we sell are functionally identical (in terms of particle filtration) to those "medical" masks approved by 3M. The only difference is, as we explained to you, the "medical" masks are rated for concentrated blood spray. By nature an N95 has a 95% filtration rate meaning they have the same effectiveness. This is why they ARE almost universally approved for use in medical settings although, as we said, we can't speak to any given individual hospital. To you and any other consumers who are looking to purchase we suggest you speak with friends or family in the field of healthcare and discuss with them what exactly an N95 that is NIOSH approved signifies and why they are the choice masks for hospitals.

Here is a direct quote from 3M comparing SURGICAL to STANDARD N95's:

"Many tasks performed by healthcare workers – such as patient intake and non-emergency patient evaluation – pose little risk of generating high-pressure streams of liquid and are not considered surgical procedures. For workers performing such tasks, a primary potential hazard to consider is airborne droplet containing viruses and bacteria, such as those generated by coughs and sneezes, which can be effectively filtered by a properly selected and worn N95 respirator. Therefore, if a healthcare facility is prioritizing respirator use – due to limited supply during a health emergency – they may want to consider prioritizing use of surgical N95 respirators for those healthcare workers requiring respiratory protection while performing surgery or other tasks that may expose them to high pressure streams of bodily fluid. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in their webpage Frequently Asked Questions about Personal Protective Equipment, says, “In times of shortage, only healthcare professionals who are working in a sterile field or who may be exposed to high velocity splashes, sprays, or splatters of blood or body fluids should wear these [surgical N95] respirators, such as in operative or procedural settings.”2 For other workers who will not be performing such surgical procedures and do not require protection from high-pressure streams of liquid, a standard non-surgical N95 (or similar) respirator can be worn to help reduce those workers’ exposure to patient-generated airborne viruses and bacteria. "

We are not sure what issue we are "dancing around." The N95 masks we sell we explicitly do not endorse for medical use, but that does not mean that they can't be used in a medical setting, as the thousands of healthcare workers using our N95 masks can attest.

We are sorry to hear you have had such a poor experience and wish you the best of luck in finding another PPE supplier for "medical" N95 masks.

I ordered what I thought would be legitimate n95 masks. I ended up with fakes of the Honeywell sperien n95 masks.
They’re different than the picture. They don’t create a seal at all. The nasal bridge is not moldable unlike the real product.
I reached out to customer support for assistance. I was vehemently denied any exchange / return options.
Buyer beware. I would steer clear from this company. Stay far far away. They’re selling knock offs a premium prices.

Clinical Supplies USA Response • Aug 11, 2020

Hi Mr. Alo, we repeatedly provided you with guides and a number of ways to check that the product is legitimate, including the NIOSH approval stamp, TC number, and the HoneyWell guide to spotting fake masks. Despite our best attempts you still believe that they are counterfeit. We strongly recommend you contact HoneyWell or reach out to someone you trust who has experience with HoneyWell masks (we have thousands of customers who purchased the same mask as you who can testify to the authenticity). We continue to stand by the authenticity and legitimacy of our brand and are extremely sorry that you feel you've had such a negative experience. We also stand by our offer to work with you on various options including the discount on one of our 3M products which can be verified against their safeguard system! We want all of our customers masked and protected and hope that you continue to stay safe and healthy!

I just received my 4th order from Clinical Supplies USA. I got exactly what I ordered, when they said it would arrive. The KN95 masks are comfortable to wear, fit well, and easy to take on and off for quick trips. The 3M N95 masks are the REAL thing, and I would encourage anyone who wants some of these masks to order them now, while they are still available to the public. Thanks for the great products and service!

I purchased multiple packs of disposable and 3M masks from Clinical Supplies USA. Every one of their products I've used has been legitimate, effective, and problem-free. Before making my first purchase on their website, I had a lengthy and helpful conversation with a customer service representative from the company. Thanks to Clinical Supplies, I've been able to meet the PPE needs of myself, my family, and a few coworkers as well.

Clinical Supplies had everything in stock that I was seeking! Upon placing my order I realized I made a mistake with the quantity and their customer support answered promptly and made the change within minutes. I am very please with every aspect of my shopping experience.

This business has great customer service and I’m very happy to have found reasonably priced KN-95 masks during the pandemic. I would highly recommend purchasing from this business!
