represented by Lisa C[redacted], a Realtor with the Steele Group.3. Lisa C[redacted]’s obligations and allegiance was to her client, the Purchaser.  She had no obligation or allegiance to the Seller, Mr. [redacted].4. All correspondence or inspection issues originated from the Purchaser and were relayed to Mr. [redacted] Realtor by Lisa C[redacted].  The Purchasers had become suspicious of this property from the beginning and thoroughly checked every part of the inspection repair list.5. Whether the Realtor is working for the Purchaser or Seller, they are required to present offers, addendums and requests pertinent to the transaction to the Realtor on the other side.  All of the requests were generated by the Purchaser and emailed to Lisa C[redacted], as required.  She passed them by email to Mr. [redacted] Realtor.  Lisa C[redacted] nor the Steele Group fabricated any of the requests or conversations relayed to Mr. [redacted] Realtor.6. We have copies of all correspondence on this transaction.  Said correspondence is available upon request.7. The Steele Group and Lisa C[redacted] are not guilty as charged by Mr. [redacted].NOTE:  The expenses incurred by Mr. [redacted] were in response to an inspection by a ASHI certified Home Inspector.  Approximately 98% of resale homes in our area that are under $750,000 (and being occupied by the buyer) are sold contingent on a Home Inspection.There is a good chance that Mr. [redacted] would have to provide the same concessions and/or repairs for the next buyer.
