Review: I recieved a some bills for more than a year ago and each time I recieved the bill I called the number on the bill. Each time I called they told me not to wory about it that they were going to fix the problem. This past week I recieved another letter saying they are going to send it to collection.I called once more and they said I have to pay or provide my income for january of last year to qualify for the low income program. I told them how come they didn't tell me this before when I had my pay stub.they zsaid that they sent me the bill and I said I called but they said they have no record of it. So now I have to tryto get my stub of more than a year ago or pay the amount. Also the amount on the bills IS not the same.Desired Settlement: Bill not charged or charge low income
