In advance please accept an apology on behalf of previous management for not being able to meet your desired resolution in a timely manner.
Upon reviewing Ms. M[redacted]’s complaint I would like to express we do regret the disturbance caused to Ms. M[redacted] and not being able to assist her
sooner to resolve this matter.
I will make every effort to meet Ms. M[redacted]’s desired resolution. The following are the steps I will follow:

I will contact Lab Corp requesting the charges for Ms. M[redacted] be billed to Clinicas del Camino Real.
Upon the response from Lab Corp our internal billing department will be notified we will be taking responsibility for the charges billed to Ms. M[redacted].
I will submit a final response to Ms. M[redacted] once all of these steps have taken place so that I can provide a concrete response.
We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and allowing us to investigate and provide a response.
I regret your concern not being attended to during the transition of management at the Ventura Health Center. However, I would like to thank you for
allowing me the opportunity to resolve this concern.

Review: I was seen by Physican's Assistant S[redacted] on January 30, [redacted] at Clinicas del Camino Real, [redacted] S. Wells Road, Ventura, CA 93004. I gave a blood specimen at that time and it was accidentally sent to Lab Corp instead of Quest-whom I am covered by insurance. When Ventura County Health Care Plan received the bill from Lab Corp, they rejected it because they do not contract with Lab Corp. Hence, I received a bill from Lab Corp in the amount of 227.50. I immediately contacted Ventura County Health Care Plan and put in a "Coverage Dispute" claim. On August 23 I received a letter from Ventura County Health Care PLan telling me that they have looked in to the matter, have contacted L[redacted] at Clinicas del Camino Real, and "Clinicas Ventura will be paying your claim for date of service of January 30, 2015."I still continue to receive bills from Lab Corp. I have called them and explained that I am waiting for Clinicas to pay them. Lab Corp sent a letter telling me that it's going to go to collections on their end. I have been contacting Clinicas Ventura since October 14, 2015 to no avail. I first speak to an operator who puts me in contact with Rocio Mungaray. Rocio then leaves a message for Jemimiah who then speaks to L[redacted]...or so I am told. Finally, I asked Rocio if I may speak to L[redacted] Barreto per my letter from Ventura County Health Care Plan, and I finally get L[redacted]'s secretary, Leslie.And it continues to this day, November 9, 2015. I was told by Leslie that L[redacted] would get back to me TODAY. I'm not betting on it.Desired Settlement: I would like Clinicas to pay 227.50 to Lab Corp immediately to prevent Lab Corp from ruining my credit! And... I would love an explanation of how this complicated hierarchy of a system at Clincias del Camino Real Works, or just an apology letter instead for making my health WORSE by keeping me up many, many nights.
