an oil change which she got for the price of 20 dollars aside from the 55 dollars for the labor that would be done for the brake pads. then after oil was changed mufflers for less proceeded to do the brake pads we always ensure that brake pads are for the right car so we only took one wheel off and then go on to take the caliper off and measured the brake pads and tried fitting it in and it was to small so caliper went bake on and so did the wheel. after all that process was done she was told that she had gotten the wrong brake pads for the car. she went to the parts store and 30 minutes later came back with another set of front brake pads. therefore we proceeded to put the car up on the rack so we took one wheel of again to make sure the pads were the right size and she had gotten the wrong brake pads again. wheel and caliper were put on and she was noticed that she had gotten the wrong pads for the second time. Then mufflers for less give her a quote and told her she also needed rotors so she was given a price of 75 dollars because we had already done it twice and we had wasted an hour. so she was told to have that she should just do rotors also. all for the price of 75 dollars . the price she was given was just for labor. she can not be given any type of warranty because she had brought her own parts mufflers for less was only in charge of the labor to install the parts. she accepted all prices and agreed with everything mufflers for less had explained to her. job was done she paid the amount she was charged. but before she left the first time when she got the oil change and the first set of pads measured she was charged 20 dollars for the oil change and she got her receipt for that. but after she got brake pads and rotors done she was charged then we talk about how the auto parts store she got her parts from is making a lot of mistakes with what they give their costumers and with all the confusion and everything that happened and all the talking she just walked away. the receipt had been done all she needed to do was check everything was right and sign the receipt but she did not do it she walked away . not saying she denied to do it but she just walked away. both the receipts were put away like all the other receipts. then she came july, 8, 2015 in the morning claiming she had gotten that accident with the whole wheel flying off down lakeshore drive. because we had not tighten then wheel properly then mufflers for less asked her to show the damage the fender was little rolled over then after all that she was asked what she wanted to do to solve this problem. she then said I just want my money back from what I wasted on the tow truck and on the shop. mufflers for less asked her what about the fender damaged? she replied and said oh don't worry about that I don't care. then she asked for a price of the tow truck and studs nuts front left side. the receipt was done everything was talked out everything explained she accepted 230.00 dollars in return for the fees she read the receipt she made sure everything was right and she signed the receipt. she accept the money and she said everything would be done there. She received all her money and everything she asked for she had agreed with everything accept the money so everything could end there.
we always make sure all our work is done right. we cant comprehend how the wheel came of. incase of the wheel being loose which we made sure it was not loose before it left mufflers for less like every other vehicle how could it make from Merryville to lake shore drive Chicago. all are work is double checked so how could it come off
