Review: Failure, on the part the Acura Dealership in Clinton, NJ, to disclose at point of sale that the vehicle had previously been in an accident and had received repairs (off record) to front end as a result of this accident.

Front end damage /repairs were reported to the consumer by [redacted] on two separate occasions, while inspecting customer concerns of reoccurring alignment issues with the vehicle.

Separate Claim has already been filed with Revdex.com Autoline for possible resolution. Consumer advised by dispute resolutions that concerns for failure to disclose the above information at the point of sale would need to be filed separately from Revdex.com Autoline.Desired Settlement: Repurchase of vehicle, reimburse all monthly lease payments, to date and cancel any remaining balance of lease.
