I would like to make people aware that they should be very cautious about the "Free Trial Offer" issued by Luma Essence and Rejuva Essence Read the fine print They will bill your credit card days from your ORDER DATE For me, living in Canada, it was at least days before I received the Luma Essence and at least another week or more before I received the Rejuva Essence I thought I had time to try the products before cancelling my account But lo and behold, they charged my credit card $for Rejuva and $for Luma (Canadian $ - exchange rate is 37.5%) approxdays after I received the second part of the shipment When I called to complain, they offered me a 15% credit to my card....less than $ So I am now paying $for a one month supply of these products Needless to say, I immediately cancelled any further shipments I can't attest to the worthiness of this product as I've only used it for weeks prior to cancelling BEWARE OF THE TIME FRAME!!!
I ordered from Luma Essence and Rejua Essence their trial offer. To get this product all I had to do was pay the shipping, which I did. Subsequently received the product. With the product came no further instructions. 2 weeks later I see an additional charge on my credit card of 144.00. Also, another charge of around 100.00 that has not come through yet.This apparently was because I did not cancel my order within 10 days. Certainly never saw that fine print. Complete scam and the face cream isno different than hundreds of others sold at your local store.

TAKE CARE of this fraud trial sample, after u click for trial sample and agreed to only pay 4 dollars for shipment the website give a message that you wil receive an email shortly, I never received this email nor samples and they deducted 140 dollar and when I called them complaining that I never received an email or samples they said sorry no refund, I called my bank and they did research from their end on this company and they told me they will help me geeting the money back cause they found out it is scam be ware pls
