They only have one van to work as they claim which broke down on their first attempt to come clean my couchI have looked at the reviews and they have more than one person who works so I found that hard to believeI was originally quoted at $for a steam cleaning of my couch as a friend got something on itThe guy who came to clean showed up and said it would be $He then claimed he was speaking on his phone with his boss who I had the phone # for the company and the boss' cell # which he didnt pick up either one immediately after the guy cleaning spoke to himI negotiated it down to $as I needed it done ASAPI had to submit the receipt to insurance on my couch but the receipt said *** ***Super sketchyThen he started cleaning and asked for my own towels to mop up the water being made on the floorHas he ever done this before? Why didn't he have his own towels to get dirtyI had to get a new receipt to submit to insurance and the boss told me he would give me the refund for $which would take up to business daysbusiness days later I had nothingI called my credit card come for the disputeThey refunded the money as I am waiting for the final confirmation on the disputePoor communication with this companyHe would constantly tell me he would call back in min and hours later I would call himHe would never have an answer to my problem at that point about the refund or rescheduling after the van "broke down"They get stars because they did in fact clean my couch

Review: Clinton Hill Business Services staff are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Their demeanor is not friendly or helpful. Even though I spent over an hour there a week before Christmas, they failed to properly identify my packages as fragile and they were severely broken and/or damaged as a result. This is not an isolated incident. They seem inept with even their own technology and systems. They regularly are not there during their posted hours, nor do they answer their phones. We have had further troubles with them with other projects including shipping and printing. They are, unfortunately, the only business of their nature in the neighborhood. Even so, I would never go back or trust them with ANY future project.Desired Settlement: Refund of shipping fees and value of damaged items.
