on the morning of March 8th in preparation for his piappointment and hour handling lesson which occurred at 1:pm on that ThursdayMs ***' instruction session was positive and productive, overallAt no time during ***'s boarding, handling, or grooming did he exhibit anything but health and enthusiasmNo pressure sores or swollen belly were identified by the Dogwood staff, Ms*** (the instructor) or Ms*** up through the time of his departure.Ms *** didn't notify Duffy's Dog Training Center of any concerns until Friday (3/9/18) at which time she called twice (as she noted in the "Complaint Background" section of her complaint) and spoke with Ms*** and Ms ***, respectfully about her concernsBoth Ms*** and Ms*** were professional and courteous with Ms Daniel only to receive harsh responses in return.Duffy's Dog Training Center has full confidence in Dogwood Inn's integrity and the quality of care that is given to each dog who boards at their modern indoor-outdoor, climate-controlled facilityWe regret that Ms ***' boarding experience was anything less than ideal, and we wish only the best of health to her companion, ***.In light of Ms ***' complaints, Duffy's Dog Training Center is willing to reimburse ***'s boarding fee.Sincerely,The Duffy's Dog Training Team -- Duffy's Dog Training Center
