Review: On Saturday, December 20, 2013, I visited Clippers Salon at [redacted] In [redacted] to have my eyebrows shaped. The attendant, [redacted] who shaped my eyebrows used what I thought was the same product that she had used when I go when there before to have my eyebrows shaped. However, the wax was too hot and the product had changed and, as a result, I got this terrible burn on my eyebrows followed by a terrible allergic reaction that caused itching and swelling over my right eye. On Monday after work, I returned to the store and all I wanted was an apology but instead they blamed me for having "sensitive skin." My response was that if my skin was sensitive then I should have the same reaction on both eyes instead of one. [redacted], nor her daughter who was in the store at the time apologized but instead hurriedly got me out of the store. I had to go to the doctor for medication to help the itching and swelling over my right eye and to help the burn.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to write them a letter about the way they treat their customers. I've been a customer there for some time -- and my barber rents a space from them -- and I've seen them disrespect their customers on numerous occasions. They also need to be inspected more often ensure that their workers are qualified and registered to do nails and skin care.

I don't want money from them just something from the Revdex.com to ensure that this doesn't happen to another customer. These people are rude and disrespectful to their customers and need to be reprimanded by the Revdex.com.

The business response is unacceptable because they responded to the wrong person. [redacted] is the Revdex.com representative and I am the client; yet I haven't heard from them at all. So I don't understand the basis of this letter to [redacted]. They burned my face and were unapologitic and this is all they can come up with -- a generic response?
