Many bugs in this game which the developers and support team are very well aware of and they refuse to fix. Now they have gone over the line. They want a ridiculous amount of items in order for you to finish premium level. Milkshake carriage requires 50 whip cream, 50 cinnamon, 50 cacao 50 milk and 70 five star item straws. On Wednesday 6-29-22 I had collected 49 whip cream, 49 cinnamon, had all my milk and cacao and 69 straws. Then game crashed, this usually happens at least once a day. No choice but to delete reload and restart. But this time when game back online now I onl6 had 4 whip cream and 3 cinnamon. Where did all my items go? Number of items you collect should never change due to game freeze and restart. They want back and investigated, made mistake of sending me screen print that proved what I told them. But they refuse to restore my items. That is theft! I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. Not asking for anything special. Just to put me back where I was before your f’d up game crashed! If they would just fix the bugs there would be no crashes.
