This is in reference to [redacted] ID # [redacted] , Mrs. [redacted] brought the vehicle on 10/27/14 and signed the AS IS - NO WARRANTY . I told Mrs. [redacted] if she had a problem with the vehicle to let me know and that we would be more than happy...
to help her fix it . And that we only charge Forty dollars per hour to work on the vehicle and that she would get the parts at are discount and that she didn't have to pay taxes on the repair work . I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and told her that we don't get notify about a recall on a vehicle only the register owner would . I spoke with Aransas Auto Plex and they said the recall was only the Key Rotation and that Mrs. [redacted] brought the vehicle in and had it fix already and that she wasn't charged for the repair. .This vehicle was repoe on Sept. 26, 2014 from a customer that didn't make there payments and we where never notify about a recall on the vehicle. I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern I bought the 2003 chevy malibu off of cl moss in aransas pass texas. Mr Moss himself was the only one there I went on a test drive on another car but something was wrong with it, I then took the test drive on the malibu and i sounded like a good car Moss told me it was a good car and that it was a one owner car I ask about wreaks he said no it had never been in one. Mr moss knew I had a disabled child and needed a good car to get him to dr visits, it started about 1 or 2 weeks after gettng the car. I was having problems with the tire mr moss said tires was not his problem the tire shop said that the problem was there was a plug in the insidee tire on the wall which is against the law. then I called and talked to mr moss on 4 other times about things and was told by mr moss it was his problem . like the brake problem then the air and no heat he said if I bought it in he would give me 10.00 off the cost of labor each hour. i went to my machenic and had a brake booster put on the car, the air charged, the heater core was bypassed i did not get the heater core fixed. I have had numberous isssues with this car, the head light kept falling out after chargeing ac it still didnt work the car has a very bad noice in the front the car wouldnt even start half the time I would have to get it jump started to go anywhere then on sunday i was in aransas pass hit a pot hole and the bumper fell off I had to have the car towed to my fathers on monday i cleaned my things out of the car and called mss auto sales you could see where the bumper had fallen off that there was damage from it being wreaked I paid 1,000.00 down plus 400.00 tax and title and 200.00 a month since november 2014 on this car I feel that mr moss lied to me sold me a piece of junk knowing I had a disabled child it was wrong I would like to get my money or part of my money back so I can get a good car from a good person. thank you [redacted] and I will be sending you a statement from my mechanic soon as he send it to me
