Mother passed away in April of and the service from this place was almost nonexistentIt seemed that once the funeral director (Debbie B***) found out that we were not planning a funeral and that mother wished to be cremated, she had no interest in helping meI WROTE the obituary for her, but do you think that she could get in online and into the newspapers? (The answer is no)After repeated questions to her via text about the status of my mother's cremation, she wrote to me "I am done with you!"I can't make this stuff upTom C*** (the guy with his name on the building) was less than helpful, claiming that "there was a personality conflict with his funeral director and me" after I called to complain to himTo make matters worse, she messed up the death certificate, stated that mom was not married when she died, basically negating years of loving marriage to my dadAfter all of that (and I'm leaving a lot out), my father received an erroneous bill for months straight that Tom kept telling him was taken careDue to the pain associated with this experience along with the grieving process, it has taken me over months to make this review After hearing of other horrific experiences of friends and other members of the community, I was compelled to speak out If you look at their Facebook page, you will see multiple stories from families about "misplaced" jewelry, botched obituaries, disrespectful conduct, loved ones ashes spilled in the owner's minivan and one heart wrenching story of a case of the wrong parent being listed as deceased on the death certificate, leading to the surviving spouse getting his Medicare and other government benefits discontinuedThis place needs to be shut down
