I have never seen a "professional " act the way they didIt was truly indescribable, ridiculous behaviorThe owner of the business was belligerent, unprofessional, inappropriate, screaming and yelling at me, and didn't do the job properlyMy watch never did get fixed I went to this business to fix a watch that was not keeping time1st visit 11/19/14, took watch in and they supposedly replaced the time piece2nd visit 12/2/14, took watch back because stil not workingThey said they watched the watch for days and it was fineI said it is fine if it just sits on flat surface but when I wear it , it stops time againI was told they can't wear it to see it happen so too bring it back again if stops3rd visit 12/16/14, went back for same problem Lady was rude and said there is something wrong with my body chemistry thenI explained I had watch for years so highly doubtful that that was trueThe owner then came out and said he would be more than happy to order another time piece and put it inIf that didn't work he would then refund my moneyOn the 4th visit it was 1/6/I went to pick watch up and the watch still didn't workI questioned them and told them that he said he was replacing the time piece the last visit and he did notThe owner came back out and said there was nothing wrong with the watch, and also told me there must be something wrong with my body for the watch to not workBecause he couldn't find anything wrong so he wasn't replacing the time piece againThen he got loud and belligerent and then accused me of bring it back for a refund because I over spent at Christmas and wanted some moneyAnd I never once even asked for the refundI explained I just wanted my watch fixedHe started screaming so loud and so belligerentlyAll he did was screamThere was never a calm conversation on his end.I kept asking him to quit yelling at me that he was being extremely unprofessionalHe kept yelling and told me to report him, because many others have tooHe said He even had police come with unhappy customers to get their money back and He didn't careWhich tells me I wasn't the only unhappy customerHe went to his office screamed, REPORT ME, and slammed the doorThe front desk lady (his mother) said she was sorry but maybe I just need to go ahead report them because they love when customers do thatThe yelling and screaming was so exteme and so unnecessaryI didn't yell back, but was firm with when I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to me and that he was so unprofessionalI also stated that I wouldn't have any one I know use their services and I was going to give a bad review and report the behaviorI have never seen a "professional " act the way they didIt was truly indescribable, ridiculous behavior

I have never seen a "professional " act the way they did. It was truly indescribable, ridiculous behavior. The owner of the business was belligerent, unprofessional, inappropriate, screaming and yelling at me, and didn't do the job properly. My watch never did get fixed.
I went to this business to fix a watch that was not keeping time. 1st visit 11/19/14, took watch in and they supposedly replaced the time piece. 2nd visit 12/2/14, took watch back because stil not working. They said they watched the watch for 10 days and it was fine. I said it is fine if it just sits on flat surface but when I wear it , it stops time again. I was told they can't wear it to see it happen so too bring it back again if stops. 3rd visit 12/16/14, went back for same problem . Lady was rude and said there is something wrong with my body chemistry then. I explained I had watch for 4 years so highly doubtful that that was true.
