Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I was told that the video was going to be uploaded by end of Aug4th or early Aug 5thThe business response that this was never said is not correctThe email record indicates that I mentioned that I had been told by the technician that the video was going to be uploaded later in the day or early tomorrowI did leave a voice mail on the business on the evening of Aug 5th.It's correct that the technician was one time and performed the service and indicated his assessment and the fact that it passedThat is appreciatedBut I chose not to get the copy the DVD exactly because the technician mentioned that the video was going to be uploaded later in the day or the following day. To me, uploading the video on time is part of the servicethat part was not done on time and as promisedI do not appreciate the denial that this statement was ever made or the denial of the fact that I left a voice mailIt is another manifestation of poor customer service. This is a response for a complaint we have received for service that was provided at *** ** *** in Hillsboro on August 4th. The realtor, *** *** called and scheduled an appointment for August 4th at AMI personally scheduled that appointment for *** to do a sewer scope at the
previously mentioned address. He submitted in writing (on our invoice #***) that the sewer appeared to be “in good condition at this time”. Which simply means that it PASSED our sewer inspection. In most real estate inspections, so long as the sewer inspection is listed as passing, it is typically all that is needed to complete an inspection In response to the statement that the customer would have the video of the scope uploaded by the end of the day or by the morning of the following day was never stated by a member of Clog Busters. What WAS stated by Clog Busters, was that our technician visits the office few times each week, depending on availability due to tight schedules (as noted in the attachment provided). We were aware that the customer wanted immediate uploadAfter speaking with the technician, John, he DID offer the customer the DVD after the service instead of an upload (because it was not going to be delivered to the office immediately as the customer wanted)And since the customer refused, the DVD was not uploaded until it reached the office, which was on August 7th. The customer was provided with a link to the video right away.In response to the complaint that we were sent emails and voicemails that went unanswered, please see the attachment of each and every email that was sent between the customer and Ashley (a member of Clog Busters)After every email that was sent, Ashley had repliedAs far as voicemailsI have reviewed my call log, missed calls and voicemails- there have been NO calls made to our office line from the customer.I feel that my team at Clog Busters has been more than sufficient in our serviceWe showed up at our designated time, provided a written report for a passed sewer, offered a discount of our service (our regular price is $129-the customer paid $99), and we uploaded the DVD (as requested) in a timely manner based on our availabilityI apologize that the customer feels differentlyA refund will not be processed
