This is the second time that we have been to this location to clear the line that multiple houses are tied into. I have fully explained to Mr [redacted] that due to the way that his plumbing is there is no way to avoid sewage spillage unless he corrects the plumbing and either replaces the line or at the...

very least installs an outside cleanout so that we would have access to clean the line from that point instead of his basement.
Mr [redacted] has not been onsite either time that we have been onsite. Last time the line was cleared on 2/10/15 it clearly states on our invoice that was emailed to him that the basement needs to be pumped out. At the time of the last cleaning my technician informed Mr. [redacted] that the only way the line could be cleared was by making a mess. Unfortunately the line holds pressure and once the clean out is opened there is no where for it to go. Upon my techs arrival onsite 1/29/16 the sewage still remained on the floor from 2015's visit
Mr [redacted] did contact my office days later saying he received complaints from his tenants and that they may call the health officials, in return I explained to Mr [redacted] I could send my tech back onsite as a a courtsity with some enzyme to spray over the area to help break down the sewage but that we are not certified cleaners and that I recommend he still do something about the debris. After a few more days I hear from Mr [redacted] again requesting I pay nearly $1600 to cover his cleaning expense which I previously explained to him was his responsibility. And yes there probably was 3" of sewage since he still had not cleaned up the sewage from last time.
I also would like to clear up that Mr [redacted] only paid $379.13 for the service he received 1/29/16 not $1595.25

Review: I had a clog that needed to be cleared. This company cleared the clog but left my basement in 3 inches of sewage. They refused to clean up after themselves and told me that I should have known that this would happen. I had the basement cleaned professionally and they refused to pay for even a portion of the balance.Desired Settlement: I would like for the cost of the clean up to be refunded.
