I sent my original key was notified via email that it arrived the next email was that they were working on the duplication then another email the next day informing me the process was complete along with the return usps tracking #.

I sent them my key on Tuesday via Express Mail and (with rush processing) had both the original and the cloned copy back in my mailbox by Thursday morning. Communication was excellent.
