I have spoken on the phone with Ms *** regarding this situationWe did extend an apology for SpeeDee Delivery being unable to deliver the package to it's destinationWe offered to refund Ms*** and send with a separate carrier,
asking for her only pay the difference in price between the two services, as they are not comparable in pricesShe was insistent that she would not be reshipping the package and instead hung up on me while I was speakingI called her back immediately and left a voicemail stating we would like to work out a resolution with her and left my email address, phone number, and business hoursWe did not hear from Ms*** again until this complaint was filed
We regret that her experience with SpeeDee was dis-satisfactory, we have not encountered this type of problem with SpeeDee before and that is why we continue to offer their services at our location
