I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***The proposal is too
vague; When will the work be finished? How long will it take? Will the work be done on consecutive days or with weeks of no work and no communication (as happened previously).I responded to an email back in June that proposed the work would be finished and never got a response back from the businessBased on this and my previous experience, I cannot accept such a vague response that does not address my concerns about the job getting finished in a timely manner
