Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The order was not shipped via FedEx Smart Post then delivered via USPSIt was shipped solely through USPS (See USPS Tracking attachment)Trisha from CTMH indicated that the package was sent through USPS because of the weightAgain, the weight was not indicated so I had no way of knowing that it was going to ship from USPS (Please see Emails with Trisha attachment)2.) I never received an email notice or tracking number to inform me that my order had shipped (this is because it was shipped via USPS in its entirety)If I had received a tracking number through FED Ex SmartPost, I would have been able to give additional instructions to my postmaster before my package was re-routed to another cityCTMH did not accurately inform me as a consumer how my package would be shipped nor was I emailed any confirmation that the package had left the facility (See Customer Order Receipt from attachment)My receipt clearly states that it was intended to be shipped through FedEx Smart Post3.)Product weight was not indicated anywhere on the website, during the checkout process, or on my final receipt I had no way of knowing the package or total order weight was under the 2lbFedEx SmartPost weight requirements that CTMH details on their website: *If total order weight is less than two pounds and SmartPost shipping is selected, order will ship via USPS4.) The delivery was not as described or timelyThe package had to be re-routed to a completely different location in another cityNo, that is not a timely delivery nor is it what was indicated on my receipt of purchaseThe fact that my package was going to ship through USPS in it's entirety should have been indicated at the checkout processI had to follow up with the company to find out this informationI receive all of my packages from other companies in a timely fashion (without re-routing) because they clearly indicate what carrier will be utilized for shipping.Again, I had no way of knowing that my package would not be shipped via FedEx SmartPost as indicated on my receipt Sincerely, [redacted]
