This company sells cheap clothes and has very poor customer service policies! I bought two items because but when I received them, they were not as pictures or described on the websiteOne item I didn't even try on because I could tell that the material was not as expectedI contacted customer service and they would not make an exception to their return policy and said that "lightweight material" means "see through and I have to wear a tank top under it"...(even though the model pictures did not have to and it wasn't see through on her)Anyway, so I paid for the return shipping and decided to accept my loss of that money and the 10% restocking feeTHEN, I recurve an email from them telling me that they will not refund my money because there is a "huge" stain on it! I told them that I didn't even try it on and that it must have come that way, and they said I should have inspected it when k first received it and contacted them immediately! They said they cannot resell it so it is my lossWhat bhes! Anyway, please don't shop with them...for your own sake and to stop such aweful business practices!

I've been shopping here for over yearsI check out their new stuff every day so I'm thankful for thfor free shipping lolMy items are always cute and they ship so fast! The girls in the office are so sweet and always helpful if I ever have to returnI don't get the negative reviews about returns, if you read the return policy it's pretty up front and the same as all the other boutiquesYou have to pay to ship an item backI always look at the photographs and read the size note before I order and have no issueThey are fun to watch on Snapchat too and I love love that they give to charities!

I've ordered tons of stuff (clothes, boots, leg warmers, etc.) from Closet Candy Boutique and so far, I've loved pretty much everything!! Fun, unique, comfortable and stylish clothing!! I look forward to the daily new arrivals!! Would definitely recommend shopping here!!

I was doing my Black Friday shopping online in which I purchased a whole new outfit from Closet CandyOf course, I work out of town on weekends so I paid extra for the priority mail 2-day shipping expecting it to arrive on timeWhen I emailed and asked about my product Saturday morning, they emailed back and said it was a weekendOf course I'm okay with that but then Sunday I receive my tracking number saying it had been shippedOdd? Thought it was a weekend? So then I proceed to check it periodically but for the next hours, it still says not foundFinally contacted *** and they finally decided to update it in which it says that the expected delivery is ThursdayWhen I'm going to be out of town unable to accept my packageI then emailed Closet Candy about this situation and explained if I knew it was gonna take a week for my package, then I wouldn't have even bothered with the priority Mail in the first placeStill haven't recieved any news back yetPoor customer service and fair warning to all others, don't do priority mail shippingIt'll be a week before you receive it anyways

I loved the clothes this company sold. Everything I bought was so comfortable - a bit pricey though, but I was willing to pay the price for good quality clothing. I recently bought an adorable knit sweater zip up with buttons. My size is normally a medium in their shirts, so I thought a large for a sweater should be ideal. It wasn't. I couldn't zip up the sweater. When I checked the website to see if I could exchange for a larger size, they were out of stock.

I emailed customer service and was very surprised at the terrible service. If you buy from this website, DO NOT RETURN. It is a mess. You will be required to pay for your own return shipping and to make things worse, they charge you a 10% restock fee (they wouldn't even explain what this means). Otherwise, you can get store credit (which I took last time I had to return something and it took me months to find something I wanted again).

This company does not put their customers first, like all good companies do. Buyer beware - make sure you buy the correct size the first time otherwise you will run into some undesirable return experiences.

Very impressed with Closet Candy Boutique! I've ordered several times and received my items very quickly. Super cute clothes! Returns are simple if you read the policies.
