not sign off on repairs. I told them from the beginning what they did was unacceptable. The repairman admitted to me he only does leather. The leather is the only thing that was corrected. The owner of the moving company came out and actually made my fridge look worse. Nothing is right except my chair.
I want action immediately.

The response had been addressed in the initial message.
The company knew about the dishes initially, as their workers were the ones who notified me of the damage. There are email records of me contacting the business regarding the dishes and lamp.
During the move workers had notified me that they had dropped the weight and that they had checked it and that it was not broken. I had not used it until some months after the move, and thus did not discover it was indeed damaged until then.
The request is that the business provide reimbursement for the damaged items. Note that the cost of the damaged items exceeds the entire cost of the move. Insurance coverage was promised prior to the move and I expect the business to honor that agreement.

I don't see how the conditions on how the lamp broke or its stability are relevant. The business promised that any broken item would be covered. The items were under their care when damaged.
The lamp was less than a year old as shown in the receipt provided to the business. Before agreeing to the move I was told that the movers were professionally trained. If this is the case, they should be competent to move any lamp, weight set, and dishes without damages.
I responded to the business and stated to please keep communication within Revdex.com unless they agree to pay for damages.

Tried to contact [redacted] about trying to sent lamp back to manufacture to get new one or reimbursed since in my opinion it was not well made in the fact that we simply were carrying the lamp and it came apart. There are cables on the lamp that have tremendous stress on them. The cable simply came out of where it was. I offered to do all leg work and pay for any shipping. Would just need his cooperation. Have not heard back.
