I have put over 20hrs into ordering a closet system and still have nothing No help from customer service I was having difficulty with the on-line design I spoke with your number and spoke with Rani he basically told me that he could not help me and to call the design team and pay for the help I called a second time and Rani again answered the phone I asked to speak to a different associate but Rani said I should just call corporate HDQ since they were all busy I proceeded to call corporate and spoke with Letty I expressed my concern about Rani and explained that I had figured out how to explore the website At that time I also inquired about a 20% email I had received I thought I had saved it but clearly I had deleted it Letty promised to e-mail me after doing some research This all took place in the early morning of 5/I let Letty know that I was eager to place the order so I would appreciate a quick response At 4:I had to call back because I had rec

My complaint is a company not standing behind their product
I purchased several foot long, 20" deep PANTY shelves, labeled pantry shelve on Sept 6thWe purchased the ClosetMaid brand from ***I looked on Closetsmaids site to find install instruction to make sure I got everything needed to install themPer the instructions, we put back wall anchors every inches starting and ending in the corners, this shelf is just at feet so no arm bracket was needed
My husband installed them around weeks ago now and after putting the first couple things on these shelves I noticed the center of the shelves sagging
I email Closetmaid with my concerns asking for a solution to fix this problem, and after an email back and forth, they sent me a weight limit sheet for the shelves stating that the weights ranges from lbs to depending on how they are installed

Repeated failure to deliver product cost me $300, time and hassle
ClosetMaid could not provide an installer so we engaged someone local to install the closet last weekendHowever, the installer could not complete the job because of the ClosetMaid shelves were badly damaged, and gusset was missingSo we would have to pay for the installer to come back to complete the jobI immediately contacted ClosetMaid for replacementsSeveral days later new shelves arrived, but no gussetI contacted them at least times about the gusset without any responseSix days later they called me a few times within a few minutes while I was in a business meetingI responded to their subsequent email immediately, and they said they had not sent the gusset but they would overnight itSo I scheduled the installer to come back to finish the jobUnfortunately ClosetMaid did not send it overnight, a few days later I still don't have it, and now I had to pay the installer a no-notice cancellation fee
