I am rejecting this response because: Spoke to *** *** (District Manager) on 05/1pm. Called back and left message with receptionist on 5/2:30pm, but *** did not call back. Attaching few files to aid in
understanding of the issue. The file scatch_2_measurementhighlights the issue, where the merchant built the furniture 3/4" larger than per contract. Contract does not mention any allowed variance in measurements, so furniture is not build per contract as merchant keeps insisting. I'm still proposing following solutions that I will accept:You pick up and 100% refund +for handyman that had to fix faulty supportYou remake to the specYou leave it as is and 50% refund

I live in [redacted] and bought a Rhino rack from CargoGear through the internet. Probably because of my fault, I got the wrong rack. We discovered this after my husband cursed the thing, sure that something was wrong.
I called CargoGear and got a call back immediately from a kind saleswoman who left me a message. When I called back, the saleswoman was not available, but the equally kind gentleman looked up my invoice and automatically understood the problem. With a few quick questions, he was able to acertain that I had the wrong installation kit. He assured me that it was common to get mixed up with these kits and helped me feel less like a knucklehead.
He arranged to immediately send out the correct kit at no cost to me.
Wow! It arrived soon, and it now sits happily on my Subaru. (My husband only cursed a little this time.)
On top of the great, fast service, they sent me a free shipping label so that I could send them back the incorrect installation kit, which I am about to do.
This is your old fashioned, customer is always right kind of company. I highly recommend this place!
