Attached is the original contract I agreed to with Closets by DesignTo date, I have not been offered a refund nor a resolution to the ongoing issue of damage to my closet systemsBoth my pantry and linen closets are damaged, scuffed, scraped, crack particle board, and are not properly measured to
the wall as promisedI would like a refund in full for these itemsI have attached the original contract, as well as photos of some of the damageI have more photos if needed.Office does not respond to concerns in a timely manner, nor do they show up for regularly scheduled appointmentsCompletely unprofessional and unacceptableI have spoken to a production manager named "Roger", but he also is not giving me a final resolution to the issueI was told a man named "Dominic" is the one who is authorized to distribute refunds
