Ace is a sham.. I have never had a worse car renting experience in my life. Car shuttle wait was 45 min late.. we then waited 40 min for 1 car and then told me my reservation expired. The manager Wanda then told us also they had no cars....this company is the most music managed company I've ever dealt with in my lIfe...Stay Away...

This place is kind of okay. They stick you with holding a large deposit and then takes up two weeks to get it back (at least that's what they say) it's been one week for me and I still haven't received my $300 deposit and it doesn't matter if you buy collision coverage ..they force at least another $122 just for liability coverage as well as your collision coverage,car rental payments and deposit

They are the cheaper rental car business in Orlando for a reason...and it is not a good reason. We needed 2 mini vans for my large party of 12. The shuttle arrived on time and they loaded our bags from airport. Get ready for a rather long shuttle ride from airport north to the rental terminal. This ride takes about 20 minutes. Once there, customer service is almost non-existent. There were at least 3 employees in view doing nothing and not addressing us at all once we unload from the shuttle. After about 10 minutes of waiting at the counter line (we were the only ones in line), a person finally asks to help ONE of us, not both of us renting vans. My person was nice enough. The other person behind the counter that helped the my brother was very rude and short with him. What you need to know is they have HIDDEN Fees and deposits that they do not tell you on their rental website. Your credit card will have a $200 hold and your DEBIT check card will have a $300 hold placed on it when you rent. So you $270/week rental has now charged your card up to $500 or more. The person who went ahead of me before we arrived, came back while I was checking out and stated there were many dings, stains and scratches not mentioned in the condition report at check out and only 1/4 tank gas. The agent just said, to mark them on the report and just bring it back with 1/4 tank gas. Once I was about to leave, the agent stated they did not have any more minivans available and he would upgrade me to a 15 passenger van for the same price. Sounded good to me. My brother did not get a mini van as requested, but an SUV that did seat 6 uncomfortably. Both cars were in ok condition and only 1/4 tank gas. My real problem came the next day as we drove to our resort from our hotel. The van quit on I-4 in morning traffic. Just shut off the transmission. I pulled over and turned it off and turned it back on and it drove for another few miles before once again cutting off the tranny. It did this 3 times before we got to our resort only a few miles from our hotel. we did make it and informed them of this issue. They requested we drive it back to the rental lot and they would exchange it. This is during a vacation time, so horribly inconvenient to miss out on fun we had already paid for. I tried to get it there, but the van just would not stay moving for the over 30 minute trip back to the rental lot. I turned around and got back to the resort. and asked them to bring me another van and have this one towed as it was unsafe. This took 2 days and the phone calls were very rude and short explaining that the manager was off and could not be called in. Luckily, I did not need the van at the resort. After 2 days of calls to the service department and many hours on the phone, they agreed to send 2 tow trucks. 1 with a replacement van and the other to pick up the disabled van. We had to leave the theme parks to meet the tow trucks and do the switches. the replacement mini van was ok, but had many visible scratches, dents, trash, and stains and only 1/8 tank gas. I made sure to picture document the car at delivery. This car worked and we were able to complete our trip without further delays. We returned the car with 1/8 tank gas and were returned our deposit of $200 on credit card, but I can say that if you have another option for renting a vehicle, use it. This is not the place you want to rent from. Stressful, rude phone customer service and hidden fees is not worth the cheaper rate. They do not seem to maintain vehicles or keep them clean. They were also unable to fulfill our initial minivan request as they over booked the rentals. Stay away and do not recommend.

I RECENTLY RENTED A CAR FROM THE ORLANDO LOCATION.MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CHANGED DUE TO THE FACT THAT I MISSED MY FLIGHT.

SO, I CALLED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATIONS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FINE JUST SHOW MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WHEN I ARRIVE. THE REPRESENATIVE I DEALT WITH INITIALLY WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY CREDIT CARD. SO, ONCE THAT MATTER WAS RESOLVED, I HAD TO DEAL WITH A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REP WHO WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE INSTEAD OF ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.

HE WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CLOSED. I INSISTED THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN, AND HE DECIDED TO ARGRUE AND TELL ME THERE WERE NO VEHICLES. I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET THE MANAGER INVOLVED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I ENDED UP WWITH A FILTHY VEHICLE WITH NO GAS.

WITH NO OTHER OIPTIONS, I HAD TO TAKE WHAT THEY GAVE ME.

I COMPLAINED TO CORPORATE AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS A VERY INFORMAL EMAIL, I WAS IN NO WAY COMPENSATED FOR ALL THE TROUBLE.BEWARE OF ACE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, AND THE VEHICLES ARE NOT WORTH RENTING!
