Review: On 2/18/2014 I ordered and paid in full for a custom glider/recliner for my expecting wife. I was told the chair would be ready in 8-10 weeks. After receiving no updates and unreturned phone calls I decided to go back to the store to speak to someone. The sign on the front door says closed for maintenance/remodeling and on the back of the building is banner that reads "court ordered auction to take place May 21"!! I'm out over $600 and can't find anyone to give me some answers. PLEASE HELP!!!Desired Settlement: I would like the chair or a complete refund. Thanks for your help.

Review: With this current case, several of the above complaints are valid. We purchased a set of baby furniture on June 15, 2013. We were told that it could take up to 4 months for the items to arrive, but no longer. Half of the items arrived past the stated four months and were delivered free of charge in November. Our daughter was born in October, so we were unable to have her room ready. [redacted] at Closic's offered the free shipping and set up as amends and assured me that the hutch and nightstand would arrive shortly. Since then, I have been told that the hutch arrived but was the wrong color. Then the shelves were broken. Then they lost the shelves. Each time I have called to inquire [redacted] says she will call me back that day. She has only kept her word once throughout the dozens of phone exchanges. I always end up calling to find out the status, but she never has an answer for me. Recently, she told me that the nightstand that I ordered would not be produced until the company had 100 orders in the color I selected. They currently only had 13 orders according to her. She could not supply any estimate as to when the furniture would be ready. In summary, over 7 months later we do not have our furniture and have been told that some items may never be produced. I told [redacted] that if we had known that we could not obtain a complete set we would not have purchased it. She assured me she was unaware or she would have told us and that they would alert customers now. I spoke with another associate today who had no knowledge that the furniture might not be made and stated they are continuing to take orders for it. I really don't know what is the truth at this point and just want my furniture that I paid for.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for my furniture to be delivered immediately, free of charge, as I have already waited 7 months. If this is not possible, I would like a refund for the entire set ($2,795) as I will be purchasing a new set from another company that can follow through.

My apologies for the delays and inconveniences.

There is no excuse that we can give you for the manufacture delays with your furniture order, the wrong color hutch that was shipped and later a damaged hutch.

We do our best to rectify any issues that we are made aware of. We offered you free delivery and set up of your furniture since there was a delay and also free delivery of the hutch once in.

After receiving your letter, I reviewed your records and found furniture arrived on 10/30/2013 and free delivery and setup of your furniture was made on 11/07/2013 was signed off with no damages listed.

Two weeks ago I was made aware by the manufacture to no longer take orders for the night stand and I shared that information with [redacted] I offered to refund your monies for the night stand but keep it on order for when they will have it available. [redacted]was going to call us back with credit card information.

In regards to your last delivery,

I felt so bad for all of your delays and inconveniences that I personally made the delivery with one of our man so that I could speak with [redacted] I had spoken to her just the week before.

The pictures attached show the markings on the furniture that where already there when we entered the room.

The hutch was fully assembled prior to arriving to your home, no assembly was made in the nursery.

We removed 2 screws from your galley rail and attached the 2 screws to your hutch. Nothing was touched or leaned against during our visit.

We used 6 blankets to cover your wood floors, the landing and the nursery floor, to make sure no dirt or damage would be caused.

We were told to leave the galley rail on the area rug on the floor and the extra shelf by your front entrance.

Before leaving I asked [redacted]to come up to the nursery to show her why I wanted to replace the hutch, it had manufacturing imperfections that where not acceptable to us. We also discussed that white is more delicate than other finishes, OCD and that the white was the best color to match the Hello Kitty theme.

We will contact you when the replacement hutch arrives and schedule the exchange, we have ordered extra knobs for your dresser that you can replace as needed(shipping directly to you) and if you would like to have a furniture medic contact you please let us know.
