I have taken my cars to Clossons Auto Center for a long time. I have been happy with there service. I took my cay in 5-19-16 because it was leaking Steering Fluid. I was told it would be about an hour. We walked over to Meijers. When we came back they told us they sent the wrong part. They wold get the right one from grand rapids, and have it done that day. so we went home to wait.
They called me late in the day and told me that they had the wrong part again. Told me they would would get it Monday, 5-22-16. He said it would be done on Tuesday the 23rd. they called around 2pm, and told me the car was ready. we had a print out of the cost $274.40. When Joshua got there the bill was $332.36. I was never contacted to approve the higher cost. We only found out when we went to pick up the car. I talked to the girl she told me the price of the part was much higher. I told her that that was not my problem, and that I did not approve the higher cost. We needed the car so we paid the price, but I will contact the owner. I would like at least half my money back. I think I am being fair. $ 30.00.
