We did not use PayPal to purchase the diapers. You state that PayPal won't let you refund the purchase and then you ask for a paypal email address. Confusing. You can however mail us a $32 check payable to [redacted] and Mail it to[redacted] mayfield heights, oh 44124. Your misfortune does not preclude you from supplying a product or a refund. It's sad that I had to go this far to even get a response. We contacted you on numerous occasions asking for a refund.

Since they paid via paypal the timeframe to refund through that transaction has passed. I can however send them money through paypal....in that amount...would that be suitable?

I am saying this for the second time, we did not pay via PayPal. Neither my wife nor I have a paypal account. Again for the second time please mail a $32 check. Make it certified too cause your integrity is questionable. Why is this so hard for you to grasp? You've had our money since February and not responded to any of our inquiries to the point we contacted the Revdex.com. The least you could do is refund it and do so like we have asked. No you cannot refund using PayPal for God's sake.
