I purchased a 3 month pen subscription box (49.99) from [redacted] at Cloth & Paper. The first box shipped in March. I didn't receive April's box. I informed Cloth and Paper that I had not received my April shipment on 4/26/16. I didn't receive a response until 5/10/2016. After several emails, Cloth and Paper stated that they would ship me the box. I have yet to receive anything. I sent additional emails stating that if I could not receive the box in a timely manner, that I would like a refund for April. It is now June, and they have stopped responding.Desired SettlementPlease send Aprils subscription box. Because we were out of the country when the customers first email was sent we were not able to respond until we returned on 5/10. The customer emails were being directed to our spam folder, and had not noticed that these emails were in the spam folder until we received this claim. We apologize that [redacted] had to wait so long for an email response and for her April box. We have processed a refund in the amount of $16.67 and also would like to advise we can also be reached via the contact form on our website. Consumer Response The company did have an out of office notification; however, I received several emails from the company after they arrived back asking me if I still wanted the April box or if I wanted to extend my subscription out to June. When I inquired if the box would be the original, all communication stopped. If Cloth & Paper acknowledged that a mistake was made, why did I have to ask for shipment? It should have been automatic when they realized what happened. I did receive a refund today instead of the April box which is what I paid for and wanted to have. I just want buyers to be aware of the poor customer service/response. This was not the first instance of not receiving shipment and/or incorrect shipment.
