CLothes Attic'd

I had consigned a used item with them. The contract was over on August 14th. I called on the 16th to have the item shipped back to me since it did not sell. The person I spoke with said they would ship it back. She even took my new address because we had moved out of state. I called back today the 29th because I still had not received the item. The person I spoke with said it was donated. She said I had to call 7 days prior to the contract ending to have the item shipped. I looked at there contract and it says After the 90 days I have up to 7 days to call or email to have the item back. The person I had spoken with told me the item would be shipped back and this person said no. IT was a [redacted] Brief case. I am very upset the person I spoke to on the 16th lied and this person I spoke with today does not understand the contract. I would like a refund of the item for the 100.00 they had it listed for.
