Review: I tryed on the displayed Sandles then ask the sales person for a pair she went to the back brought back my size in a box that were two different color and I did not realize I had two different pair of shoes until I wore them a couple times I then called the store they said they had found the other pair but because I wore them they would not give me refund or store credit. I feel this is the stores fault .Desired Settlement: Correct pair of saddlesore store credit

The customer called on Oct.19 to the store and spoke with the supervisor that was on shift at the moment. She told her, her situation with the shoes but because the shoes were purchased months before we were no longer able to provide her with the same style or size. She was told if they were not too badly worn we could do an exception to our return policy (see return policy in attachments) and she could return them back for a store credit of $9.99 which was the last sale price in the store. Customer was not satisfied with the credit so the supervisor also offered to provide her with Clothes Ave main office number to see if anything else could be done. The customer refused any other information and said she would just file a complaint with the Revdex.com. We are still willing to give the customer the credit of $9.99 within a timely manner of 30 days. We ask customer to present shoes and a valid I.D at our Clothes Ave Location on [redacted].

Yes the store only offer me this if I had never worn the shoes , I told them that I had wore them so then they responded they would not be able to then credit me or take them back, I guess now they change their mind .
