Clothes That Kill!

Review: I purchased a shirt from this company on 2/12/2013. I was notified by e-mail that a shipping label was created on 2/14/2013 for this item and that it would be shipped soon. It is now 3/2/2013 and I still have not received the shirt I ordered. The tracking for this item still has not updated beyond the label being printed. I tried to e-mail this company in regards to where my item is and I have gotten no response. I have also tried to contact them via their [redacted] page and I have got no response from them there either. They seem to have numerous complaints from other customers not receiving their items on their [redacted] page.They seem to go by another company name as well. "[redacted]" is the company listed under the [redacted] address in which I made the payment to when I ordered my shirt.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund in the amount of $18.90. I would also appreciate a response as to why they have problems answering customer service e-mails/questions.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The company has since refunded me but really has not taken responsibility for many of their actions.

Review: On October 15th I ordered an item that was listed as "In Stock" from this company and on the site it said that orders are processed within 24 hours(which was true, they charged me on 10/16) and that it would take I believe 7-10 days to go through the shipping process.

I have contacted the shop at least 2 times with no response...Now it is December 4th, getting very close to 2 months on.

It is officially a ridiculously long time, not to mention that the item ordered was to be for a Halloween costume...Desired Settlement: At this point I have already disappointed my young son but still would like to be able to give him the item at some point as he is still interested in it.

Review: I ordered a t-shirt from them on April 18th, and never received it. Have tried emailing them and calling them multiple times and only got one response where I was told it would be sent out as soon as possible. I have demanded my money back but my emails and calls are not returned.Desired Settlement: If they will not send out my t-shirt then I would like my money returned to me.
