Work is great and very nice staff clothing looks great and feels better
This company presents themselves as a cut and sew company who offers low MOQ on designs. I chose to deal with them because I am a new business owner and they seem to fit my needs for low MOQ orders. I requested a quote for 10 pants to be made and I decided to move forward with them after receiving the quote. I received the first batch of 10 pants on April *** and contacted them immediately to let them know that the pants were messed up. They used the wrong material and it was totally unacceptable. They agreed to redo the pants and I agreed.
The second batch was received on May *** and the second batch of 10 pants were also messed up. The placement of my logo on the pants were out of place. I contacted them to let them know that the pants were messed up and I also sent them photos showing the error. At that point, I requested a refund of $362 which I what I was quoted and paid.
As of today, I have yet to hear from them and I am still awaiting a mailing label to send the pants back so I can get my refund.
