Hello,I have spoke to Ms*** a few times and the charge was never processed on her *** accountThere was a pre authorization to secure funds for the project I also submitted a refund to *** *** after the first time I had conversation with customer to ensure that the
situation was in fact handled I have all copies of refund We do not keep copies of customers application and voided sales slips for security purposes I am happy to help take care of any misunderstanding and make sure that this customer is in fact happy and does not feel taken advantage I further more will be happy to refund a portion of the charge that was placed for the work that was completed Cloud Home Services operates with morals and believes in 100% customer satisfaction We are not out to take advantage nor commit any type of fraud I will be out of the office personally tomorrow however will address this situation right away Thank you*** ***

I can not speak highly enough of everyone that I have dealt with at Cloud My initial contact was with Brandon on the 4th of July,a holiday!!!! Then Steve came and did the estimate on the same day.......a holiday He was excellent and explained the contract and financing in great detail I got a great deal and great warranties Then my unit was installed days later by excellent technicians, Justin and Jason A problem with my existing duct work in the attic made the job much more difficult and should have caused a delay and an additional cost over several hundred dollars However, Justin got approval over the phone to do the additional ductwork at no charge to me I could not be more pleased and will recommend Cloud highly to all my friends

Review: I was called at work by Cloud 9 Home Services. They were not calling me directly - it was a general solicitation call. They offered me a service to come out and inspect and drain my hot water heater and check the plumbing in my home for $29.95. I set up an appointment for two weeks later on a Saturday. A service person named [redacted] came and inspected my house, including two bathrooms, my laundry room, and my kitchen. He said that I had a toilet that did not flush correctly, and that I had two bathroom faucet fixtures that needed rebuilding. I am not really sure whether he actually drained my hot water heater, but he said that it had been replaced in 2011 and it was in good shape. He replaced a gasket on my master bathroom tub faucet and said that he needed to replace one on the hall bathroom tub faucet as well but didn't have enough parts. He proceeded to talk to me about getting a water softener. I wasn't interested, but he explained that it would save me a lot of money on bottled water and that it would be plumbed so that the water coming from my refrigerator ice machine would also have the treated water. It would also save wear and tear on my appliances such as my dish washer. He also said that included in the price, I would have a home warranty on all plumbing and air conditioning services, and if repairs were needed, they would be covered in this home warranty which would be included in the price for the water softener. It was Saturday late afternoon. Once he left, I started researching water softeners. I was not pleased at what I was reading about reverse osmosis, etc. I called the company on Monday morning and told them that I had changed my mind - that I didn't want a water softener and that I had also noticed that home warranty for my air conditioning was not marked and that after thinking about it, I was close to retirement and did not want to spend this money on a house I was really not sure I wanted to stay in. The lady on the phone said not a problem and that they would cancel the order. [redacted] came back out, tore up my contract for the water softener, and wrote a new invoice for the repair work he had done. Although I thought his services were expensive ($440 +) I paid him. That also included the $29.95 service fee that brought them out. I was told by [redacted], President of Cloud 9 that I would be receiving paperwork by email cancelling the loan through [redacted]. I waited until the end of the week and didn't receive anything. I called the office again and again and left messages. I received a statement from [redacted] showing the balance of $4,617.20 for the purchase of a water softener -- one that was not installed. I have called the company and received no call backs. I notified [redacted] and the charge was suspended pending an investigation and received a confirming letter. I just received a new statement and the charges have not been reversed. I was told by the fraud department of [redacted] that Cloud 9 has not responded. They are sending another inquiry. It seems to me that in the beginning this was an honest mistake, but now I feel that they have committed fraud. They have been paid for services they did not perform and I have $4617 credit balance with nothing to show for it. My credit rating is being adversely affected.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to be refunded the charges. I want a zero balance and never want to hear from Cloud 9 ever again.
