One of my family members purchased a gift-card in the amount of $from this place almost weeks agoWell, when I called to get a refund and cancel the gift card because I would not be back to Iowa for awhile, I spoke directly with the owner who told me that she processed the refund, cancelled the card, and she guarantees me that a full refund will be issuedIt has now been more than weeks since that phone call and the business does not answer or return ANY of my calls or messagesNow we are out $with nothing to show for itI was guaranteed not only by the owner, but also another employee that this refund was taken care of and they promised it would go back to the bank account, yet it HAS NOT!
