I believe this complaint is directed to another company. Cloud 9 Mattress Co. dissolved business in September of 2014. However, during our 5 years of...
business in our brick and morter store (we did not sell online toppers), we received many calls from customers thinking we were the Cloud 9 company that sells toppers online. Additionally, the thickest topper we offered at our store was 3 inches. Please provide additional information confirming the company.

I bought this item on ebay and figured the mattress co would be the one to direct the defect problem to. I am now referring the problem to the place I purchased the product from. Thank you for your help and fast response.
