I am rejecting this response because: the business representative refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing, lacks professionalism, and continues to display very little consideration for the customer Her position is that I am a liar, and she is the true victim, noting pregnancy...which, by the way, has no relevance to the issue at handIn response to her version, I would like to add that I wore glasses on that day with a transition-type lens, which made seeing the residual dye on scalp and skin difficult to seeAdditionally, they styled my hair in a manner which hid the effectI admit, I was upset as I had plans that very same eveningI wanted a refund, as I required a fix, which if she offered to provide an additional service that day, acknowledged a problem was obvious and did existSadly, I tipped the stylist, for services provided to myself and my daughter, and I did so hastilyBut when I did see the problem, minutes after driving away, I quickly phoned and returned Her version is not accurate, as the stylist left the dye on for more than minutes! I am positive of the timing as my daughter sent a text while waiting in the chair beside me, then sent a second text after the same stylist finished flat ironing her long hair, then cutting itThe time between the two texts was minutes, and the stylist did not rush to remove the dyeI even recall the stylist taking a phone call while cutting my child's hair Lastly, I did state that I would contact the Revdex.com but not as threat, rather an action I intended and actually pursued The damage done required professional services and left me with significant hair lossSadly, my case is not an isolated one, if your organization simply reads the Yelp site, you will find a similar sad experienceI don't know what else to say or do I believe the salon's business practices are badAnd where there's this much blatant disregard for customer safety or satisfaction, I'm sure there's health and tax violations...Again, I ask for your assistance in resolving this matter

Dear *** ***, I've been in the business industry for over years and this is the first time I see a customer this rude and unwilling to resolve a simple situation as Mrs*** ***Our salon offers top quality
professional hair color lineOn the day of October 10, 2014, Mrs***came in asking for a color retouchHer hair is black with gray rootsWe examined her scalp for dryness and abrasion before startingWe used Paul Mitchel hair color on her for minutes considering her gray hairShe was pleased, paid, and tippedShe later called, came back to the salon demanding a refund, $40, stating that there was color stain on her hairlineAs a manager and third-party of the situation, I offered to cleanse or remove once more with the color remover on her hairlineShe refused to even let me tryShe just demand her money back with her eyes wide open, "give me my money back, give me my money back!"She also threatened me that if I didn't refund her money, she would contact Revdex.com and that she was a lawyerI find that the situation could easily be resolve as I spoke and stayed professional with her the whole timeThere was no complain of scalp irritation or hairless onceAs a manager in the professional industry, I stand for justice and fairness***, her stylist returned her tip money to Mrs***on that dayForty dollar was not at all a big issue to us but we do not like customer taking advantage of our businessThis is my truth and I hope you can put two stories together to get a better viewI'm months pregnant, have a great passion for family, friends, and careerI offered to wash Mrs***hair once more or just use cotton with color remover on her hairline but she refused many timesIt's almost as if I was begging her to let me helpI'm sadden that on her complaint letter, I seem carelessMahalo for your help-*** ***
